Your event ticket includes an elegant evening at the ranch on July11th with hosted happy hour 6:00-7:00, hors d'oeuvres, silent auction, live auction, dinner, live music, dessert and of course horses. The evening begins with the Bee's Knees Whiskey Bar and High Country Cider for a one hour hosted 'happy hour" featuring their artisan cocktails with a variety of whiskeys and fresh mixers made to order. High Country will have their locally made ciders in 4 flavors. Dinner Buffet will be elegant western style with a variety of salads, smoked meat and beans all made from scratch from White Pine Catering with assorted desserts and fresh fruit.  Live auction, live music, 360 photo booth, raffles, silent auction, wine table and viewing horses will fill the evening with wonderful community connection which will result in the gratitude and healing for the children who will benefit.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Donor Contributions and Support
Donations and gifts in kind are the basis in which we can provide discounted or complimentary Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning to individuals and families, as well as top professional care for our equine partners.
If horses are close to your heart, we also have a sponsorship program for the horses. Each sponsorship level is for either a year, a month, or 6 months. We welcome any
level of donation or sponsorship.

Programs Donation
A program donation is allocated to supplement the fees for those clients who cannot afford services.

Diamond Level Sponsorship:
One Diamond Level Sponsorship of $2000 is a scholarship for one child or youth entering the program for 10 weeks of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Sapphire Level Sponsorship
Sapphire Level Sponsorship works with the client that is on a sliding scale based on income. Client pays $100 of the weekly tuition while the Sapphire Sponsor donates the additional $85 scholarship. One Sapphire Sponsorship is $850 and that pays for one child to enter the program for 10 weeks of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Citrine Level Sponsorship
Citrine Level Sponsorship is a monthly subscription donation of any amount the donor wishes. For example, a donor may set up a monthly donation of $20 towards programs that benefit clients or to the horses care and management. These donations are set up via check, ACH, or credit card monthly.

Equine Sponsorship

Yearly Equine Sponsorship of $2800:

• 4 tons of hay
• 9 farrier (hoof care) visits
• 1-2 Veterinarian appointments
• 5 months of pasture care for grazing
• Organic monthly supplements
  

Monthly program to sponsor a horse $235:

• $235 per month
• All of the above mentioned services

Farrier Sponsorship per horse $50: 

• $50 every 5 weeks to trim hooves

Artisan Wine Table

The Artisan wine table is an assortment of wine.  All bottles are numbered,  pick a number from a cowboy boot, and match it to a bottle on the table.  Numbers to be drawn are $25 each.  No limit on number of drawings purchased.   Each bottle is valued at a minimum of $15 to a maximum of $100.  When you pick a number from the boot, the corresponding numbered bottle on the table is yours!
